Casago Franchise Owner

Hi there, I’m Andy Ross, the proud owner and operator of Casago Austin. My journey into the world of vacation rentals wasn’t a straight path. I began my career after graduating from Texas State University—Go Bobcats! From there, I dove into Operations Management, honing my skills and learning valuable lessons.

But it wasn’t until I became a long-distance investment property owner in Costa Rica that I truly found my calling. Navigating the challenges of managing a property from afar opened my eyes to the importance of reliable local property management. This realization was a game-changer; it set me on the path to this industry, where I’ve thrived for the past 5 years.

I started out in a mid-sized vacation rental management company, focusing on enhancing the homeowner experience. What I love most about managing properties is providing homeowners with stellar service, fostering lasting relationships, and optimizing their income.

When the opportunity to join Casago came up, it was a no-brainer. Their strong community of independent local operators, powerful brand, extensive network of resources, aggressive promotional tactics, and deep understanding of rental market trends were impossible to resist.

At Casago Austin, our dedicated team is about boosting your property’s visibility and occupancy. We take the stress out of management for homeowners and keep the lines of communication open every step of the way. If you’re ready to maximize your rental income without the hassle, contact us today. We’re here to make your property work for you!
