In 2023, Bolivar Vacations welcomed Felipe and Julie Caldeira as partners. Felipe and Julie bring years of experience as vacation rental owners and managers, having achieved success managing properties in multiple markets across the country. Julie, as the owner of Kindred Design, has a remarkable ability to transform properties into sought-after destinations. Her expertise ensures that every home feels warm, inviting, and perfectly suited to its surroundings, adding a unique touch to each property in the Bolivar Vacations portfolio.
