Perched near the shoreline of Seaside Beach is an eatery serving internationally-inspired and American comfort food. Welcome to the Osprey Cafe!

Chef Joshua Bokish opened the Osprey Cafe in 2014 and combines his experience working at various Portland eateries with his passion for fresh and inventive cuisine.

After marrying Portland native Jazzmin, the couple returned to Josh's childhood roots: Seaside Beach. The dynamic duo combined their love for international travel, flavors, and adventures to create a breakfast and lunch menu that dances with diverse choices that make the palate soar on the wing.

Chef Josh uses his recipes and prepares everything from scratch. The cuisine showcases his culinary creativity on American classics and international fare.
