About

Stephanie Inn & Dining stands regally in Cannon Beach, framing breathtaking views of the iconic sea stacks and the boundless Pacific Ocean.

The inn was the brainchild of Cannon Beach hospitality family Jan and Steve Martin. They sought the "ultimate beach house" where relaxation and elegance coexist. They purchased the facility in 1993 and named the inn after their daughter.

Over the years, Stephanie Inn & Dining has carved out a reputation for stunning Pacific views and showcasing the region's bountiful products. Chef Aaron Bedard brings his passion for farm-to-table cuisine and crafts inventive and familiar entrees that celebrate the Pacific Northwest's best.

Stephanie Inn & Dining sources from their Public Coast Farm, which grows blueberries, heirloom tomatoes, apples, pears, peach orchards, and hops. Add the apiary (beehives!), and it's an epicurean playground for Chef Aaron! Daughter Stephanie assists with the farm and also co-owns the sister eatery with husband Ryan, Public Coast Brewing Co.

Only one eatery will suffice when your Cannon Beach getaway requires fine dining: Stephanie Inn & Dining.

Vibe

The vibe at Stephanie Inn & Dining is elegantly coastal, greeting guests with an ambiance that skillfully balances sophistication with warmth. With its classic architecture, the exterior is inviting, where every detail complements the stunning view of Haystack Rock.

The interior boasts a harmonious blend of fine dining finesse and the comforting feel of a coastal retreat. Large windows frame unparalleled views of the Pacific, providing a picturesque dining backdrop that changes with the ebbing tides.

The dining room embodies elegance, with tasteful decorations paying homage to the sea. Candlelight flickers softly in the evening, casting a warm glow over tables with fine china and gleaming silverware. Prepare for an intimate dining experience that feels exclusive yet entirely approachable.

The atmosphere at Stephanie Inn & Dining captures the essence of the Pacific Northwest's spirit. Here, the refined meets the rugged, and luxury is found not in opulence but in the authenticity of the experience.

Stephanie Inn & Dining: Menu & Drinks

Stephanie Inn & Dining offers a dinner centered around a seasonal prix fixe, a four-course meal, with your choice of entree.

The menu takes diners on a gourmet journey through the heart of the Pacific Northwest. It's the perfect way to cap off a visit to the Jeffrey Hull Gallery and reflect on art while savoring artisan fare.

Because the menu changes with the seasons, our offerings are samples of what you can expect.

The first course may consist of the Baby Spinach Salad, which features organic baby spinach, stone ground mustard vinaigrette, marinated cheese curds, candied walnuts, crispy bacon, and fresh apple.

The Grilled Polenta Cake is the second course showcasing grilled blue cheese polenta, braised Snake River Farms Wagyu beef, and a sweet onion marmalade.

For the main course, diners have two choices. The first may be the Marinated Rack Of Lamb that features natural lamb, grilled scallion potato cake, sautéed spinach, garlic green beans, and a Dijon reduction sauce. Another choice might be Dungeness Crab Cakes. The fresh Dungeness crab is prepared in a creamy parmesan risotto with grilled asparagus, charred tomatoes, and pesto aioli.

Last but not least is dessert, like Coffee Panna Cotta. This decadent treat showcases Sleepy Monk French Press coffee, Chantilly, caramel sauce, and a double chocolate biscotti.

Regarding beverages, Stephanie Inn & Dining has something for everyone. The bar is fully stocked and capable of crafting signature cocktails and classics. The wine list is impressive, with a plethora of vintages to select and pair with any course.
