At the heart of SoNapa Grille's allure is the impeccable menu, a creative fusion of flavors. Every dish is a homage to the freshness of local ingredients accented with the sophisticated flair of Northern California's wine country.

Begin your meal with a favorite, the Napa Nachos! This healthy appetizer showcases raw Yellowfin tuna tossed in a soy and ginger sauce. It comes with cucumbers, green onions, wakame salad, and wasabi aioli on won-ton chips. With one bite, you'll be singing "California Dreaming."

The Dutton Ranch Apple Chicken salad is a scrumptious choice for those preferring lighter fare. The salad boasts mixed greens with grilled chicken, dried cranberries, roasted pecans, and blue cheese. The apple vinaigrette creates a taste sensation that will delight the palate.

The Sonoma Style Chicken is another standout featuring a tender, grilled chicken breast with a creamy sun-dried tomato basil sauce. Next, a drizzle of balsamic reduction and a generous sprinkle of goat cheese are added. Served over a bed of mashed cauliflowers and seasonal vegetables, it's a testament to SoNapa Grille's commitment to quality and flavor.

Regarding beverages, the showstoppers are the various Sonoma and Napa Valley wines. But if you prefer a cocktail, the specialty drinks at SoNapa Grille won't disappoint. With plenty of options, you're sure to find a suitable beverage to celebrate your day at the Dunlawton Sugar Mill.

One crowd-pleaser is the Key Lime Martini, which features Pinnacle Whipped Vodka, Madagascar Vanilla Vodka, Licor 43, cream, and lime juice. The rim is garnished with a graham cracker crust, making it a drink Jimmy Buffett would be proud of.

Florida is famously known for its beaches, and, truth be told, the state is home to 9 out of 10 cities with the most shark attacks since 1642. While neighboring New Smyrna Beach and Daytona top that list of over 350 years, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission states you shouldn’t be worried about a shark attack. Stay alert to any warnings or announcements, and here are some shark pointers to keep in mind when hitting the Florida waves:

  • Stay in groups and don’t wander too far from shore
  • Avoid swimming at dawn or dusk or in areas with a lot of fishing
  • Limit splashing and don’t make sudden or erratic movements
  • Don’t wear shiny jewelry or enter the ocean if you have an open cut (or are bleeding at all)
  • Build sandcastles and sunbathe on land.
