When the sun goes down and the lights in this establishment come on, you'll be starstruck. Looking to combine chic and antique, you'll find a unique experience awaits you. Although the experience is high-end and high-quality, the atmosphere is casual.
Hearsay on the Strand was named quite literally as they are located in the heart of Downtown. They are situated on the western side of the Strand, a few doors down from the famous Rudy & Paco restaurant and La King's Confectionary. Parking can get a bit tricky during nights and weekends. There are quite a few spots lining the Strand; however, if those are all full there are some public lots nearby.

Texas Charcuterie Board
This shareable is a crowd pleaser and probably one of the most Instagrammable things on the menu. On the board, you get a large Bavarian pretzel, sliced brisket, prosciutto, capicola, and seasonal cheese. But wait! It doesn't end there. Additionally, the board comes with fruits, nuts, olives, house cheese sauce, and grain mustard. Trust us when we say this app is loaded! This charcuterie board is available in a regular and grande size.
Hearsay Wagyu Cheeseburger
Hearsay, you've got our attention! This cheeseburger is one of the house specialties and will not disappoint. High quality wagyu beef and applewood smoked bacon come together to make magic. Dressed with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and chipotle aioli, it's got everything you could ever want! On the side, you'll receive a parmesan fry mix.
Steaks
On this island, seafood is typically the star of the menu. Here, the steaks are the real showstoppers! A variety of cuts and preparations are available including filet mignon, angus ribeye, hearsay bistro, and chicken fried ribeye. All steak dishes come with your choice of two sides!

Although Hearsay is a restaurant, their bar is what makes this place really special! They offer many different, unique cocktail options with exciting names to match. If you're not too picky or love surprises, try ordering the Barkeeper's Special! This drink is the signature crafted cocktail for the day so you never know what you could get.
Moreover, they make it easy to choose a drink by categorizing the cocktails by flavor. You can choose a drink from "light & sweet", "spicy & savory", or "boozy & dramatic." A couple fun and out-of-the-ordinary, cocktails we recommend are the Apple Cider Bellini and the Bacon Maple Manhattan.
