The villages of Loreto Bay are situated near Nopoló, about a 15-minute drive from the historic picturesque center of Loreto in Baja California Sur. It is by all means an intentional community, showcasing the spectacularly serene bay to the backdrop of the grandiose Giganta peaks. There are also inviting gathering spaces carefully designed with fountains, benches, and pergolas to encourage friendly conversations or quiet peaceful self-reflection.

Starting in the middle of Loreto Bay, one of only two golf courses in the Loreto area encircles the quiet village scene, winding its way along the southern tip of the bay. The neighborhood closest to this southern part is known as Founders, in being among the first areas built in Loreto Bay beginning in 2005.

The main drive “Paseo” through the Founders stretch is home to several small restaurants, quaint shops and galleries, spas, a mini super-market (seasonal), as well as the Casago main office.

In addition to the 72-par golf course, the area houses tennis courts that can be accessed near the hotel on the southern end. Also tucked within the Founders community is a large family pool with jacuzzi, as well as a lap pool providing great shade as the sun climbs overhead.

Winding back north, the Agua Viva neighborhood of Loreto Bay also gives way to landscaped walkways and homes equally reflecting a whole gamut of color, along with a variety of small restaurants, two additional mini- and specialty markets, and businesses in Agua Viva plaza.
