Events in Loreto

The coastal Baja California Sur community of Loreto is a popular resort town in Mexico. The town lies between the Sea of Cortez and the Giganta Sierra mountain range, which makes the location ideal for outdoor recreation. The fascinating destination has a history that dates back to 1697 when it was founded by missionaries. Thus, there are many historic sites found throughout the areas. If lucky enough to reserve vacation rentals through a property management company during certain times of the year, you have the chance to attend one of the many annual events.

There is also plenty of fresh seafood for all to enjoy. On the last night of the festival, all gather to enjoy the fireworks display over the sea.
