About

There's nothing quite as relaxing as hearing the ocean waves crash as you enjoy your meal! In the daytime, enjoy panoramic views of the ocean across the way as you fill your tummy. At night, spend it winding down to live music or playing some Monday night trivia at this hip beachside spot.

Tortugas has a little bit of everything on the menu at their 2-level, open-air restaurant. Tortugas has a few healthy options such as salads and seafood dishes. On the other hand, their hearty selection is generous. Between burgers, sandwiches, and signature entrees, this menu has a lot of options to digest. You may notice a certain Latin flavor in some of the dishes - that's because their executive chef grew up in Miami, Florida. He is heavily inspired by Cuban flavors! The kids menu is limited, but offers a good variety of food for even the pickiest eaters.

Furthermore, they are one of the only places in Palm Coast open until 2AM on a Friday night. It's guaranteed to be a good time!

Behind the scenes, Tortugas is committed to making a difference. More than a restaurant, they strive to do their part in the community and environment. They believe that if everyone contributes, even just a little, it can add up to making a huge impact. (And we agree!)

Some popular dishes you should consider...

Starter - Bacon Wrapped Plantains

Where else in Flagler can you find bacon wrapped plantains? We'll answer this for you - nowhere! Although it may sound kind of unusual at first, it is a signature item of theirs for a reason. Plantains are marinated and fried, then wrapped in Applewood smoked bacon. Lastly, they are dressed with a sweet and spicy Gochujang sauce. Gochujang sauce is a sweet and spicy Korean condiment.

Burgers - "Hangover" Burger

Traditionally called The Hemingway Burger, the "Hangover" Burger has earned its new nickname from the locals. It starts with a 1/2 lb of Tortugas' signature blended beef. Then, it is topped with American cheese, Applewood smoked bacon, caramelized onions, and a fried egg with pickles. This burger comes hot and fresh on a golden brioche bun and served with fries. We recommend this menu item if you come to Tortugas with a big appetite - it is not a burger to be taken lightly!

Handhelds - Flagler Fish Reuben

This is the owner, Scott's, favorite dish on the menu! A filet of redfish is grilled with their signature seasoning. Then, it's topped with homemade coleslaw, thousand island, and swiss cheese. You will find this is the only item on the menu that comes on marbled rye bread - a signature reuben touch.
