Our story begins years ago in a small Austrian village. Seven-year-old Johannes Bacher is huddled around the stove with his mother being introduced to cooking. Fast forward to the present, and Johannes, "The Eclectic Chef," is Johannes restaurant's Executive Chef/Owner.
