About

Roaring Fork is a heartfelt tribute to Southwestern culinary art. It's where a chef's passion meets Arizona's rustic elegance. Since its inception, Roaring Fork has been the go-to spot for those seeking a genuine taste of the region's soul.

Every bite is a blend of tradition and innovation, and the atmosphere is just like the Arizona landscape - warm, inviting, and full of character.

What makes their fare tasty is that they are wood-fired. Whether you choose lamb, chicken, beef, pork, or fresh fish, all entrees are prepared by wood fire rotisserie, open flame grill, or wood oven roasting.

Roaring Fork isn't just about dining; it's about experiencing the rich, hearty flavors of the Southwest in a place that feels like coming home.

Vibe

The establishment's exterior radiates a captivating rustic charm, boasting warm hues. The distinct Southwestern architectural style hints at the culinary journey awaiting within.

Once inside, the atmosphere transitions into a harmonious blend of liveliness and intimacy. The carefully curated ambiance is a testament to the thoughtful design choices that enhance your dining experience.

Dim lighting delicately envelops the well-appointed dining space, casting a warm and cozy glow that beckons you to settle in and savor every moment.

The decor within Roaring Fork is a visual ode to the rich cowboy heritage of the region. Every element pays homage to the rugged yet refined spirit of the American West, creating a setting that fuses style with comfort. From carefully selected artworks to the choice of furnishings, each detail will transport you to where the frontier comes alive in a modern and inviting way.

Whether seeking an intimate Scottsdale dinner or a lively gathering with friends, Roaring Fork's vibe invites you to immerse yourself in a setting where every nuance contributes to the overall magic of the moment.

Roaring Fork: Menu & Drinks

The diverse offerings on Roaring Fork's menu vividly capture the robust flavors of the American West.

Start your meal with a crowd-pleasing favorite, the Skillet Cornbread. The cast iron gives the cornbread a nice crust perfect for the whipped agave butter.

When pondering Southwest fare cooked over a fire, steaks top the list, and Roaring Fork does not disappoint. All steaks are hand-cut in-house, wood-fired on a grill, and feature all-natural Black Angus beef. Choices include Filet Mignon, Prime bone-in Ribeye, and New York strip. All come with either caramelized shallot butter, chimichurri, or Chipotle Demi-Glace.

If you prefer a lighter fare, consider the Cedar Plank Salmon. The fish is cooked over a wood fire on a cedar plank for a taste sensation out of this world! Asparagus, apricot teriyaki glaze, and lemon soy Beurre blanc top of this fantastic feast!

Quench your thirst with a libation that embodies the spirit of the West—the Huckleberry Frozen Margarita. This refreshing and fruity twist on the classic margarita is a perfect companion to your meal, providing a burst of flavors that dance on your palate.

Another cocktail you can't go wrong with is the Classic Old Fashioned. This beverage features Benchmark Bourbon, Angostura bitters, orange, and a Luxardo cherry.
