Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community. There are 5 stairs leading to and from the elevator in order to access this property. Toilets are very sensitive, do not flush anything other than provided toilet paper.
