Abutting a natural area featuring the Red House branch of the San Sebastian River, you'll enjoy complete privacy while you sip coffee on the balcony in the morning or gather around the fire pit in the evening.

Inside, you'll find a bright, airy space with high ceilings and lots of beach-themed touches. The well-equipped kitchen features all the appliances and plenty of counter space to whip up everything from popcorn to paella. Dine together at the table for four, pull up a barstool, or step back out to the yard and dine alfresco.

When it's time to explore, you're about three miles north of the Historic District, and about five miles from the sands at Vilano Beach. In the evening, return to relax in the central AC while you stream your favorite shows on the smart TV before heading off to bed.
