THE SPACE

Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Bedroom: Wake up to ocean views from the king-sized bed in the master suite. This bedroom is at top floor, entry level.

Second Bedroom: The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed perfect for accommodating additional guests.

Additional Space: A king-sized bed, a queen-size bed and a futon in shared living space are available. Group size max is 6.

Kitchen & Dining:

The galley kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to cook and dine in house, making it ideal for preparing meals and enjoying them with ocean views.

Living Area:

Tastefully decorated with beach-inspired colors and textures, the living area exudes coastal charm, providing the perfect space to relax and unwind.

Bathrooms:

With three full bathrooms, you'll have plenty of space and convenience for your group, each bathroom thoughtfully designed for both style and comfort.

Parking:

There is a private one-car garage and one off-street spot. There is limited street parking. Street sweeper on Mondays (no parking).

Extras:

Private Beach! It's all yours and only yours. The entire backyard, which is protected by a rock breakwater is your private sand beach complete with fire pit, outdoor shower, and BBQ. For evening ambiance, throw a log on the outdoor fire pit and enjoy roasting marshmallows.
