This space also includes an oversized closet, desk, reading area, a modern sofa, and a 50-inch flat-screen TV, making it ideal as both a bedroom and den. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the closet of this room. This level also includes the kitchen and dining area.

A few steps down from the main level is the living room and the king master suite, which offers breathtaking ocean views and direct patio access. The master suite includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.

The third queen bedroom is located one flight of stairs from the main level and includes a private en-suite bathroom, oversized closet, desk, and reading area, providing additional privacy for guests.
