Main Floor: Step into the house and straight ahead is the kitchen, stocked with all essential utensils to prepare a nice homemade dinner. The kitchen has been nicely updated with subway tile and stainless appliances. The comfortable living room features a 50 inch smart TV and Roku. There are three bedrooms on this floor. The master suite has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a shared hall bath with shower/tub. ***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.*** Basement: There is one bedroom in the basement with two full beds. The washer and dryer are also on this floor. Outside: Enjoy the fantastic back deck and large backyard with wooded perimeter. Savor conversation over cheese and crackers on the two cushioned benches. Have breakfast at the glass patio table. Make tasty burgers on the grill. Down the deck stairs, you can throw the pigskin in the spacious grassy yard (unfenced). Parking: Parking available for one car in driveway shared with neighbor. Please park courteously on the left side of the driveway. There is well-lit street parking as well. Accessibility: There are stairs down to the basement bedrooms and stairs down from the back deck to the yard.

The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code at check-in. You will have access to the full house, and back yard. There are no other tenants or guests on the property.
