This 4-bedroom/2-bathroom home is newly updated! We can accommodate twelve guests between the beds and living room sofa bed. High ceilings throughout, renovated bathrooms and kitchen, plus spacious rooms make this modernized historic home the perfect stay! Conveniently located near the airport, Ruffner Mountain, and East Lake Park. Only 15 minutes from downtown, the botanical gardens, and the zoo! Family-friendly and pets are welcome with a fee. Guests will access parking by driving down the alleyway and parking inside the gated area on the backside of the home. Guests will enter through the back door, up the stairs near the parking, by using a digital keypad. Immediately inside the door is the dining room that flows into the living room. To the right of the dining room is the fully-equipped kitchen. Past the kitchen, on the right side of the dining room, is the first bedroom with a full-sized bed. The washer and dryer are tucked away in the closet of this bedroom. Off the left of the dining room are two more bedrooms with a full bathroom that separates the two. The first room is the master with a king bed, a large closet, a SmartTV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The living room is straight through the dining room, furnished with a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV. Please note the fireplace is not functional, but we think it adds to the charm! On the right side of the living room is the last bedroom featuring a full bed. Out back, a small bistro table with two chairs, a grill, and a picnic table are available for use. ***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.***
