This townhouse is situated in the gated Compass Bay community, just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. The community clubhouse offers fantastic amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, a children's playground, walking trails, picnic areas, and easy access to golf courses, shopping, and dining.

All bedrooms feature TVs equipped with Roku devices for easy streaming and entertainment, they feature your favorite apps where you can stream your favorite TV shows and music so that you have access to the same comforts as you would if you were home. There's a full size washer and dryer for your personal use, equipped with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Private patio with a BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $75 fee to cover the cost of cleaning)

Pet-friendly! A non-refundable fee of $135 per pet applies only if bringing pets

We provide a small starter kit, which includes:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 hand soap per bathroom

1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom

1 sponge in the kitchen

1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen

1 paper towel in the kitchen

1 laundry detergent

1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in. Please note that washcloths are not provided, as they are considered personal items.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the unit.

Pack' n Play and highchair available upon request with no extra cost (If a second Pack 'n Play or highchair is needed, an additional fee of $35 will apply)
