The farmhouse dining room table seats guests and the table on the patio provides a wonderful spot to sip coffee as you watch the dolphins play. The half bath on the main level and two full bathrooms upstairs ensure you'll have the privacy you desire. The bedrooms are upstairs, including a riverfront main bedroom with a large TV and a balcony. This condo is located on the riverfront of Mariners Cay, a gated community with a large swimming pool, a community grill and pavilion, tennis courts, a fishing dock, and beautiful grounds. You need only stroll over the lovely Folly River Bridge to reach Center Street and its many cute shops and exceptional restaurants. The beach and the famous Folly Pier are three-quarters of a mile south (a very easy bike ride if you bring or rent bikes), while downtown Charleston is just 11 miles north.
