Please note that renting this property requires a background check submitted directly to the HOA. There is an additional fee outside of the booking platform of $19.95 per person (subject to change) for all guests 18 years of age and older. After your reservation is confirmed, we will send detailed instructions on how to complete the required background check. Once the background check has been submitted and approved, the HOA also requires a separate application to be completed.
