Enjoy access to on-site amenities including the seasonal pool and boat dock and ramp area where you can fish or launch a kayak! Drive approximately 1 mile and explore seafood eateries, seaside shops, and the Ocean Isle Beach Pier.

LIVING AREA

The beachy living area is outfitted with an electric fireplace, a smart TV, and two comfy sofas.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a wet bar, and breakfast bar seating for three.

When its time to eat, gather at the six-seat dining table.

BED & BATH

This single-level condo sleeps up to ten guests between three bedrooms and the kids' nook, each equipped with a smart TV.

Rest comfortably on a king bed in the master bedroom, complete with an en-suite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

The second bedroom includes a full-size bed, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin bed. The kids' nook features a twin daybed with a twin trundle.

The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Kick back and relax on the private balcony overlooking the woodlands, a waterway, and Jinks Creek in the distance. The private outdoor space is furnished with two Adirondack chairs, a rocking chair, and a picnic table.

The front deck overlooks the pool and has seating for two.

Make a splash in the unheated outdoor pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day). Challenge your crew to a tennis match at the on-site courts or make use of the boat ramp and explore the open waters.

Unassigned parking is available for three vehicles in the parking lot.

This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are not available.

Renters are not permitted to have golf carts.
