Downtown Fort Bragg and Mendocino boast a wide variety of shops, galleries, restaurants, and additional tourist attractions. After a day spent hiking, shopping, and gazing at unique beach formations, fire up the home's gas grill and dine alfresco on the spacious deck. Full and content, the private hot tub welcomes you in with open arms for a bubbling soak. Inside, discover all of the comforts of home amidst an open-concept layout. The living room's leather seating and large smart TV ensure cozy movie nights, whereas the well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze. A wood stove is even available inside for the cooler evenings. A private washer/dryer, central heating, and internet access tie together the stellar list of interior amenities. Things to Know All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. The yard is not completely fenced, the front is open to the road.

Check-in Form: To ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, we kindly require completion of our short check-in form after booking. This includes signing our standard rental agreement and verifying guest and payment information. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare the home for your arrival. Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (50 lbs or under). A nightly pet fee applies and all pets must be disclosed at booking. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must stay off furniture, and guests are responsible for cleanup and reporting any damage. Undeclared pets or excessive mess may result in additional fees.
