Inside this luxurious recently updated and refurbished home, you will find a stunning interior filled with wood accents, a fully-equipped kitchen with marvelous, stainless-steel appliances, and great views of the ocean. It includes a Ping- Pong table along with books and board games for extra entertainment. Outside, you will find a deck to take in the jaw-dropping views of the ocean and a gas grill for BBQs. Of course, there is a private hot tub with a view out back, perfect for relaxation. This family-friendly retreat also offers a convenient outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after spending the day at the nearby beach. Don't forget to bring along the family dog as this house also welcomes your furry friends to come along. Public beach access can be found 0.1 miles to the south of the house at the west end of Bella Beach Circle where you will find plenty of sandy beaches to explore in either direction. There are a few restaurants in Gleneden Beach, or head less than two and a half miles north over to Salishan Resort and get in a round of golf or hit the spa. There is a grocery store one and a half miles to the south along Highway 101, or you will find major shopping and necessities eight miles to the north in Lincoln City.
