In the other direction, you can walk a quick two blocks (about 100 steps or a three-minute stroll) to boogie board, build sandcastles, or catch a spectacular sunset on the open sands of Rockaway Beach. This townhome enjoys a best-of-all-worlds location on the south side of Rockaway Beach, on the northern shore of Spring Lake, and in a setting overlooking the lake and the mountains that's ideal for birdwatching. When you head out to the beach, you'll even have Tommy Bahama beach chairs, sandcastle equipment, a skim board, and two boogie boards to take with you. Inside, this two-level home is both cozy and open, offering views of the water through generous windows. There's a fully appointed kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances, an adjacent dining room table, and a light-filled living room with a new 55-inch Smart TV and an electric fireplace to warm you. Enjoy a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels at the end of the day, and sources of at-home entertainment that include board games, a selection of DVDs, free WiFi, and two additional new Smart TVs in the primary bedroom and the loft. Things to Know Two kayaks and lifejackets are provided. This home allows four adults maximum and two children for a total of six guests. Two adult bikes and two children's bikes with helmets are available for guest use. Tommy Bahama beach chairs, sandcastle equipment, a skimboard, and two boogie boards are provided for the beach. The gazebo in the common area is not for guest use at this time
