You'll feel as though you're sailing out to sea at this family-friendly, oceanfront home on the gorgeous shores of Lincoln City. Whether you're relaxing in the living room or family room, unwinding in the primary suite, or soaking in the hot tub outside on the deck, you'll be treated to unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and spectacular nightly sunsets. This two-story home sits across the road from the ocean shore, with a beach staircase just about 500 feet up the street. The location is a walker's delight, whether you're beachcombing, playing with your kids at Olivia Beach Community Park, or grabbing a coffee from the locals' favorite cafe - all within a half-mile stroll. The heart of Lincoln City, including the Lincoln City Outlets, is only a mile north. One of the unique features of this home is how well-suited it is to families. You can feel free to pack light, with a crib, a Pack 'N Play, bunk beds, a high chair, a changing table, potty seats and stairs, toys, and books provided. The backyard is fully fenced, and there's even a baby/dog gate that can mount to the front deck. But whether you have children or not, the house is a bright, beautiful, modern space to return to each afternoon. Cook with a view in a sleek, airy kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and join your loved ones for dinner overlooking the ocean at the expandable dining room table. After an evening of streaming movies in the family room and stargazing in the hot tub, retreat to one of four bedrooms - two upstairs (including the oceanfront primary suite) and two downstairs (including the kids' bunk room). Central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.
