Spend memorable evenings on the extensive waterfront deck grilling delicious treats, sunbathing, admiring the views, or dining alfresco. Inside, the welcoming living room invites you to spread out comfortably on any of the sofas as you watch a favorite show on the TV. When mealtime comes, prepare delicious homemade treats in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials. Additional perks include a washer/dryer. A wonderful place for fishing, hiking, swimming, and boating, this home sits directly on the eastern shores of Hayden Lake. Hayden Lake Marina is just 10 miles away, offering the perfect spot to watch boats come and go. Just a little bit farther at 11 miles west are Honeysuckle Beach, Hayden Lake Country Club, and other attractions in the town of Hayden Lake. You can also head 11 miles west to find the Avondale Golf Course. If you want to shop, dine, or explore public beaches and hiking trails, you can make the 19-mile journey to Coeur d'Alene with its charming city center and floating golf course. The kids will delight in a trip to Silverwood Theme Park (19 miles north) and skiers will relish in a visit to Silver Mountain Resort (55 miles east) for some of Idaho's best snow.
