The main floor living area is open plan, sunny and beautifully appointed with designer interiors. There's plenty of space for larger groups to gather with a large sofa, contemporary accent chairs and ottomans, and a wood-burning fireplace for winter warmth. Catch up on your favorite shows on the large TV above the fireplace or choose from a selection of board games for hours of classic fun.

Planning meals at home or perhaps a private chef? The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a large countertop that doubles up as a breakfast bar. There's an adjoining dining area for more formal meals round the table, or step outside for alfresco dining under Sun Valley's star-studded skies.

The outdoor deck overlooks the fairways of the Elkhorn Golf Course and Dollar Mountain, Sun Valley's original ski resort and smaller sibling to Baldy. Whether it's morning coffee, cocktail hour, steaks on the BBQ, or a festive fireworks display over Dollar (Fourth of July, Christmas, and NYE) – this perfect perch sets the tone for endless vacation memories.

Fairway Nine accommodates up to 11 guests in style and comfort with private bathrooms, high quality mattresses, and luxury linens for a heavenly night's sleep. The master bedroom is a retreat of its own complete with a plush king size bed, sliding doors to the outdoor deck and a private modern bathroom with a new walk in steam shower. The second bedroom also features a plush king size bed, and the third bedroom has double bunks and trundle beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the loft area sleeps 2 extra guests. This Fairway Nine condo has a stacked washer/dryer.

Your vacation at Fairway Nine includes use of a heated seasonal pool, hot tub and dry sauna within the Fairway Nine complex (the pool is currently under renovation and not open for summer 2024). You also have access to the communal pools, hot tubs, steam rooms and tennis facilities at Elkhorn Resort. The mountain shuttle stop is a two minute walk from the townhome and steps from your front door is the Wood River Bike Path for 20+ miles of outdoor recreation.
