The living area opens to a private balcony for BBQ cookouts and alfresco dining with views of Trail Creek.

The open kitchen means you're never far from your family or friends when whipping up home-cooked meals and sipping on martinis. Yes, we have martini glasses too! The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, a gas range, quartz countertops, and choices for coffee drinkers with a regular coffee maker and a Nespresso machine (and Starbucks only a half-mile away!). There is seating for 4 at the bar counter and an adjoining dining table for more formal meals around the table.

The second bedroom offers a flexible sleeping arrangement to accommodate families with kids or a couple with two twins we can convert to a king on prior request. This bedroom has access to a fully remodeled guest bathroom on the main level of the home.
