The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat, with a king-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub, shower, vanity, and linen closet.

The living room, newly updated with stylish furniture, a large glass art piece, and new area rugs, is the heart of the home. With a spacious sleeper sofa and a 70” TV, it's perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. You'll also find a new dining table set for shared meals and plenty of room to spread out. The balcony has been upgraded with a new lounge chair to maximize your time outdoors, taking in the breathtaking ocean views.

As of Winter 2025, the condo is packed with new features and upgrades to make your stay even more comfortable. All TVs have been replaced with large, wall-mounted screens (70” in the living room and 55” in the bedrooms), and the addition of new mattresses ensures a restful night's sleep. The owners have also added outlets with USB and iPhone charging capabilities for your convenience, keeping your devices powered up during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including new kitchenware such as steak knives, kitchen scissors, and a tea kettle. Whether you're cooking a meal or just making a quick snack, the granite countertops, full-size appliances, and ample storage space will make it easy. For those who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers an abundance of great restaurants, with food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash also available.

The bathrooms have both been freshly painted, and the lighting in the master bathroom has been improved for a brighter, more inviting space. New lampshades have been added to the master bedroom for a modern touch, and spare lightbulbs are conveniently stored in the vanity cabinet in case you need them. There's also a washer and dryer off the kitchen for added convenience.

It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 25 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 25 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.
