This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located in the sought-after Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, just two blocks from the iconic Cherry Grove Pier! Recently renovated, this charming retreat offers a fresh, updated look and is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. You'll find brand new beds, stylish furniture, sleek black stainless steel appliances, and modern finishes like new flooring and cabinets throughout. The condo also features a cozy sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space.

Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable King-sized beds, ensuring a restful stay. For added convenience, the washer and dryer are located upstairs. The private deck offers a peaceful view of the pond, and guests are welcome to fish there with a license. With the beach only about 50 yards away, it's an easy stroll to the ocean, and beach access is right across Ocean Blvd. We provide all the basics you'll need, so just bring your swimsuit and relax!

As of Winter 2025, the owner has added even more updates! All carpeting has been replaced with gorgeous new LVP flooring in the bedrooms and upstairs, and the stairs now feature beautiful wooden treads. On the balcony, we've added four new Adirondack chairs where you can unwind and enjoy the view. We're sure you'll love these new touches!

The well-appointed kitchen is centrally located between the living area and bedrooms. It includes a sink, stove/oven, top-mounted microwave, full-size fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher, as well as plenty of cabinet space. It's stocked with all the basic kitchen necessities, cookware, utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, and glassware. Additionally, this unit is equipped with a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig, so you can have your coffee your way! Whether you're whipping up a quick snack or cooking a full meal, you'll have everything you need. When you're not in the mood to cook, Sea Pond Villas is just a short walk or drive to some fantastic local restaurants, many of which offer delivery through services like Uber Eats and DoorDash. Several of our past guests have taken full advantage of these options!

Pack light, because we've got you covered with all the essentials! Towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are all provided, including 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. We also supply starter amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation.
