This oceanfront condo is fully furnished with 1 king size bed, 1 new queen size sleeper sofa and will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The condo also offers a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove/oven, full-size refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, silverware, cooking utensils, and more!

As of Fall 2023 this unit been completely repainted with warm and welcoming colors! New light fixtures were also added with dimmer switches allowing guests to adjust the lights with ease!

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.

The Palace Resort complex offers access to exclusive onsite amenities including an indoor pool, indoor/outdoor whirlpools, large oceanfront outdoor pool, fitness center, putting green, sauna, game room, seasonal tropical restaurant, and lounge. (Pools and spas have been completely renovated)

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC., and is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A neighborhood Walmart is located around the corner and there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini-golf, go-karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free covered parking.
