This ocean view 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is fully furnished with 1 king bed, a queen size sleeper, and will accommodate 2-4 guests. Our guests enjoy having their own private balcony where they can relax and enjoy the views of the ocean.

As of Spring 2023 this vacation rental has been completely renovated and features some truly breathtaking updates. We couldn't be more excited to share them with you! To start, all carpeting was removed and LVP flooring was installed in the living room and bedroom. New baseboards were installed. The entire unit was repainted with modern and welcoming colors, and new decor was added throughout!

A brand new king-size bed frame was installed, along with a new mattress. The bedroom also features new nightstands, new lamps, new custom made TV stand, oversized mirror, and new pull-down shades. In the living room a new queen sleeper sofa was installed, along with new end tables, new lamps, new electrical outlets, new custom shades (no curtains), new dining table and stools, new TV stand, and a new light fixture. Everything in this condo is practically brand new! Guests will enjoy access to the private ocean view balcony furnished with brand new balcony furniture to relax and enjoy the sunset.

No expense was spared during this renovation. Out with the old in with the new! The kitchen is located right off the main living space and has been completely renovated to showcase a much more modern look. This space features new oversized granite countertops, new full sized stainless steel appliances, new tile backsplash, new light fixture, and new cabinet doors. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. The cabinets have been stocked with new dishes and cookware making it very easy for guests to cook a meal or small snack. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Carolinian Resort. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.

Just behind the kitchen you will find the bathroom. The bathroom features a new, custom vanity with storage drawers, new mirror, new toilet, tiled shower with new glass doors, new shower head and fixtures. It's absolutely beautiful!

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Additionally, our guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.

Centrally located in the apartment, guests will access a full-size, washer and dryer. Guests love the convenience of being able to wash their clothing right in the comfort of the vacation rental!

The Carolinian is a 21 story resort located on the 26th block of Ocean Blvd; a perfect location! Guests love being able to walk to a number of dining and entertainment options within 2-3 minutes of the Carolinian. Our guests truly enjoy the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.

It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 21 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 21 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 21 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.
