Palace 1005 is an angled oceanview studio, offering stunning views of the Atlantic while also giving you a glimpse of the sparkling lights of Myrtle Beach. This stylish retreat is furnished with a queen-sized bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.

As of 2025, this space has been completely transformed. The condo received an extensive specialty decor package curated by local Myrtle Beach interior designers, along with a custom wall mural. Fresh paint throughout, a fun greenery wall, and specialty lighting all work together to create a vibrant, upscale atmosphere that feels both relaxing and unique.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances, including a refrigerator, stove and oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, and sink. Gorgeous granite countertops and abundant upper and lower cabinets provide plenty of room for storage and meal prep, making this one of the rare studios with an oversized kitchen at the Palace. We provide all the basics you will need, including cookware, utensils, dishes, silverware, and glassware, so you can easily prepare anything from a quick snack to a full family meal. This condo also includes a full-size dishwasher, fridge, and stove, as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or quick ride, and popular delivery services such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates make enjoying local cuisine from the comfort of your condo incredibly convenient.

The uniquely designed living area features a cozy couch that folds out into a queen-sized sleeper sofa, with a coffee table in front, perfect for drinks, snacks, or game nights. Across the room, the dresser doubles as an entertainment stand and offers generous storage for your belongings. Mounted on the accent wall is a flat-screen TV framed by adjustable LED lighting, creating the ultimate setting for movie nights or winding down after a day at the beach.

Tucked into the corner of the room is the queen-sized bed, comfortably accommodating two guests. Whether you are enjoying a romantic getaway or a small family vacation, this thoughtfully arranged space offers enough room for everyone to relax and recharge.

Just off the living and sleeping area is access to the private balcony, which faces the ocean. The bathroom includes a vanity sink with storage underneath, a shower and tub combination, and a toilet. For your convenience, we provide bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and linens, along with basic starter items such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
