You will be blown away by this spacious, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, apartment located at the highly sought-after complex of Sand Dunes Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. As of Winter 2022, this unit has been newly renovated and features the following, Fresh paint throughout, new flooring throughout, new counter tops in the kitchen, new couches, new accent chair, and new vanities in both bathrooms. This ocean view condo is perfect for a large family, or a large group who is looking to stay in the same apartment! This condo will comfortably accommodate a total of 12 guests! Upon arrival, guests will enter through a small hallway. As you make your way through the condo, there are a total of 3 bedrooms. The bedroom layouts and bed sizes are as follows:

Bedroom 1: This room is the first bedroom on the left and offers 2 full size beds with new bedding. This bedroom features a closet for storage, dresser, TV with basic cable, overhead lighting, and a window for natural light.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom is located on the right and is directly across from bedroom #1. This room is almost identical to the room across the hall and features two full size beds with new bedding, closet for storage, dresser, TV with basic cable, overhead lighting. The bedroom window provides great natural light.

As you continue through the apartment, guests will find a full bathroom between the kitchen and the first two bedrooms. This bathroom features a new vanity, sink, mirror, tub, shower, and toilet. Directly across the hall from the bathroom is where the laundry center is located. Guests will enjoy the convenience of being able to wash and dry their clothes without having to leave the condo. If bulk laundry is needed, it's important to note that Sand Dunes offers a very large coin-operated laundromat in the oceanfront building.

The next stop is the kitchen, and our guests will not be disappointed! Guests will be pleased with the oversized counter space and cabinets. The spacious cabinets are perfect for storing food and snacks, and many of them are stocked with all basic kitchenware and cooking utensils. All dishes, plates, silverware, pots, pans, and cookware are provided! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of incredible dining options, and many of them are within walking distance or a short drive from Sand Dunes Resort. To name a couple, River City Cafe is onsite at Sand Dunes. Within a mile, there is an Outback Steakhouse, Fiesta Mexican Restaurant, and the upscale Flamingo Grill. (These restaurants are subject to change).

The living room is located at the very front of the condo. The living area features ample seating for several guests and is fully furnished with a new sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa, new love seat, and new accent chair. Guests will enjoy the sofas, accent chair, entertainment stand, TV, and access to the ocean view balcony. The view from the 14th floor offers great views of the ocean and Northern skyline. So many of our guests have sent us photos of dolphins, boats, gorgeous sunrises, and colorful sunsets. The dining table and chairs are located in this area as well.

Bedroom 3: The last bedroom is the master, and it's located on the ocean side of the condo and is just off from the living room. This bedroom features a king bed with new bedding, closet for storage, dresser, TV with cable, and access to a private bathroom. Guests will be able to access the balcony from the bedroom. The bathroom features a stand-up shower, tub, toilet, and a new vanity with an oversized mirror.

All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. Each bathroom is stocked with 8 towels, 8 wash cloths, 1 hand towel, and 1 bathmat. Sand Dunes also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzis, sauna, onsite restaurants, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit.

Other Amenities and Entertainment: **PLEASE NOTE** Our guests do NOT have access to the on-site waterpark or the movie theater. They do, however, have access to many other amenities such as:

Guests should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in the condo or on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained, and other charges may be applied. Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorcycles or pets. The kiddie water park behind the resort is a privately owned facility and access to it is restricted.
