As of Winter 2025, this penthouse has undergone a full renovation, and we couldn't be more excited to share it with you. The entire condo has been freshly painted in warm, inviting tones that instantly make you feel at home. Every piece of furniture is brand new, chosen to elevate the space with a sleek, luxurious vibe. The living room now features a custom-designed media wall and an eye-catching bar feature that's both stylish and functional. We even added a classic arcade game to keep the fun going when the weather's not cooperating!

Both bathrooms have been thoughtfully upgraded, one with a gorgeous, tiled walk-in shower and the other with a resurfaced tub surrounded by elegant new tile. Each bathroom also features new sinks, faucets, repainted vanities, and sparkling granite countertops. The kitchen has been equally refreshed with new granite countertops and a stylish, custom backsplash, giving the space a clean, modern look. No detail was overlooked, the owner truly spared no expense in creating a retreat that's both stunning and comfortable.

This penthouse sits on the 12th floor and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It features 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, along with multiple dressers, closet space, smart TVs for streaming, high-speed Wi-Fi, two full bathrooms, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen that makes it easy to cook and entertain. But the real highlight? The panoramic ocean views you'll enjoy from every single room, including the kitchen. Whether you're sipping coffee in the morning or watching the sun dip below the horizon, the scenery is simply unforgettable. Keep an eye out, you might even spot dolphins right from the balcony!

The first bedroom, located to the left as you enter the condo, includes two queen-sized beds, a dresser, a closet, a private bathroom, and its own floor-to-ceiling ocean view that's truly show-stopping. The bathroom is fully equipped with a vanity, tub/shower combo, ample storage space, and beautiful tile finishes.

The second bedroom, on the right side of the condo, features a cozy king-sized bed and direct access to the oceanfront balcony, perfect for those who want to wake up to the sound of the waves. This room includes a walk-in closet with a washer and dryer tucked inside for your convenience, and the second bathroom is just a few steps away in the hallway.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you might need: full-size stainless steel appliances, a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the basic cookware, dishes, and utensils for whipping up meals at home. If you're in the mood to explore, you're in luck, Myrtle Beach is known for its endless dining options, many of which are just a short walk or drive away. Delivery is also widely available for nights when you'd rather stay in and enjoy the view.

Guests should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in the studio AND on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorcycles or pets. The kiddie water park behind the resort is a privately owned facility and access to it is restricted.
