The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 12th floor oceanfront studio apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This oceanfront condo is fully furnished with 1 queen size bed, 1 queen-size sleeper sofa, and will comfortably accommodate 2-4 guests. This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped.

Walking in through the unit guests will find the kitchen. This area is very spacious and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and rentals. Very few studios offer an oversized kitchen like this condo and other rentals here at the Palace. We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, as well as small appliances like a coffee maker. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options; many of which are within walking distance or a short ride from The Palace. Many of these restaurants offer delivery, and food delivery options such as Uber Eats and DoorDash are very popular in the area as well.

The main living space is just past the kitchen and is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the sofa or accent chair and enjoy endless oceanfront views! The sofa converts to a queen-size bed. Guests will be able to sit at the small table and enjoy a meal or a cup of coffee. The queen bed has windows all around it, wake up and see the ocean! There is enough space to accommodate 4 guests in the apartment. Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous.

The full-size bathroom is located to the left when you walk through the main door. The bathroom features a standard shower/tub, toilet, and vanity.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A Walmart just opened around the corner in 2020, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
