Looking to get away from it all and enjoy some relaxation? This is the perfect place for a couples retreat or a small family vacation! All the comforts of home but with spectacular views off the ocean view private balcony. This completely remodeled ocean view 2-bedroom unit is located on the North end of the "Golden Mile" - close enough to walk to local restaurants and attractions without being in the thick of the crowds. This unit has two main entrances, featuring a 1BR condo, as well an adjoining studio. These 2 units are side-by-side, but they are connected via an internal door. Guests love the privacy that this lock-out style apartment offers!

This is a 7th floor 2-bedroom suite that features a 1BR unit on one side, and a studio on the other! Located at Sand Dunes Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC, this unit entire unit has been updated with brand new flooring and furniture as of 2024!

Starting on the 2745 side guests will get an ocean view studio that is fully furnished with 2 full size beds, dresser and closet for storage, TV with basic cable, complimentary Wi-Fi, private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity, and a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig.

The kitchenette features a mini fridge, full size microwave, and kitchen sink. The kitchenette is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you may need to whip something up! A Keurig coffee maker is also provided so you can enjoy your favorite brew while you watch the sunrise. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or by foot. Of course, many restaurants offer delivery as well.

Making your way to the 2746 side guests will get ocean view 1 bedroom is fully furnished with 2 full size beds and a sleeper sofa will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests! Making the grand total for both sides able to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests!

Just after you enter, guests will find the bedroom! This bedroom features 2 full size beds, a dresser and closet for storage, nightstand between the two beds, and ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower, vanity, hair dryer and in the closet is the stackable washer and dryer. Guests will love the convenience of having a washer and dryer directly in the unit!

Moving through the unit guests will find the kitchen area. This area features a stove, wall mounted microwave, double compartment sink, and full-size fridge The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you may need to whip something up! A Keurig coffee maker is also provided so you can enjoy your favorite brew while you watch the sunrise. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or by foot. Of course, many restaurants offer delivery as well.

Just past the kitchen guests will find the main living space! This space is the most relaxing part of the entire condo! It features a sleeper sofa couch, accent chair, TV stand, large wall mounted TV, small table and chairs for eating, and access to the private ocean view balcony! Past guests have enjoyed spotting dolphins and watching beautiful sunsets!

All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. A hair dryer is also provided for your use as well.

Guest should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in the studio AND on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorcycles or pets. The kiddie water park behind the resort is a privately owned facility and access to it is restricted.

Sand Dunes also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, sauna, onsite restaurants, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit.
