Updated in 2024, this condo offers a fresh and inviting atmosphere. For starters, the entire condo has been repainted with warm, welcoming tones. The condo features brand-new furniture, including a leather, convertible sofa, nightstands, dressers, and both king and queen beds. New curtains, decorative wall art, and updated flooring, add to the appeal. Both bathrooms, showcase new vanity's, sink, and mirror, while the master bath boasts a stunning, custom tiled walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head! The kitchen was completely remodeled with new tile backsplash, beautiful blue cabinets, countertops with bar seating, and stainless-steel appliances.

This condo features 3 spacious bedrooms, the layouts are as follows:

Bedroom 1: This bedroom is considered the master and is located at the very front of the condo off the living room. This bedroom features a king-sized bed, two nightstands, a large dresser and closet for storage, a flatscreen TV, access to the private ocean view balcony, and access to the ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a stunning walk-in shower with custom tile and a rainfall shower head, vanity, hair dryer, sink, mirror, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom is considered one of the guest bedrooms and is located down the main hallway upon entry. This bedroom features a king-sized bed, dresser and closet for storage, two ceiling to floor windows for ample natural light, and a wall mounted, flatscreen TV.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom is considered one of the guest bedrooms and is located down the main hallway upon entry. This bedroom features two queen sized beds, a nightstand, a dresser and closet for storage, and a wall mounted, flat screen TV.

Just down the hall is the second full bathroom that bedrooms 2 and 3 share. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, hair dryer, sink, mirror, and toilet.

Moving down the hall from the guest bedrooms is the stunning, fully equipped kitchen, which features full-sized stainless-steel appliances, including a full-sized refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, bar area with stool seating, and so much more. You'll find all the essentials for cooking, including cookware, dishes, and utensils. Guests will also have access to smaller appliances including two coffee makers and a toaster! If you'd rather eat out, there are countless dining options nearby, as well as popular food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash.

Past the kitchen is the main living area, perfect for unwinding and relaxing. This space features a large, leather couch, side tables, coffee table, large wall-mounted TV, table and chairs for eating, and access to a private balcony with breathtaking ocean views. Guests often spot dolphins and enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets from here.

Travel light! We provide 8 bath towels (per bathroom), 8 washcloths per bathroom (per bathroom), soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bedding, and basic toiletries to get you started, including toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap.

Guests also enjoy access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee covers cleaning services, toiletries, and the laundering of linens and towels. For added convenience, we offer daily housekeeping and mid-stay cleaning for a small fee.
