Let's begin with 1245, a cozy studio designed for your ultimate Myrtle Beach retreat. Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by its open and inviting layout, featuring two comfortable extra long double beds, perfect for up to 4 guests. To ensure you feel right at home, there's ample storage in the large dresser and private closet. The space also includes a 55in wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV and a small dining table for enjoying meals or snacks after a day of fun in the sun. This unit has LVP flooring in the main living space, and ceramic tile in the bathroom. The same can be found in 1246, with ceramic tile in the kitchen as well!

The kitchenette in 1245 is compact yet efficient, offering a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker—perfect for preparing quick and easy meals or morning coffee before heading out to explore.

Adjacent to the kitchenette is the bathroom, thoughtfully designed with a tiled walk in shower with a detachable showerhead for added convenience. The granite vanity provides plenty of countertop space, with additional cabinet storage below.

Guest should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in the studio AND on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorcycles or pets. The kiddie water park behind the resort is a privately owned facility and access to it is restricted.
