Making your way into the home, guests will be greeted by the first floor of the home which features the spacious living area with a large sectional sofa, providing seating for the whole group! An oversized wall mounted TV makes this the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

Just across from the living area is the dining area, which provides a view into the recently remodeled kitchen. Directly beside the dining table is a sliding door that leads into the fenced in back yard and grills. The kitchen features all new butcherblock counter tops, and top-of the line stainless steel appliances! A mounted microwave, stove and oven that doubles as an air fryer, full sized French door refrigerator, a farm sink, dishwasher, and an abundance of counter top and cabinet space make preparing a meal a breeze. You'll find all the essentials stocked and ready, such as dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, a toaster, coffee maker, and more. Prefer dining out? You're just minutes from hundreds of award-winning local restaurants, and delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash make staying in easy and convenient.

The first of the two bathrooms features a large shower/tub combo with plenty of built in shelving, a vanity sink with a huge mirror and lighting makes the perfect spot for getting ready for a night out, and a toilet. Also found in this bathroom is the laundry closet, which has the washer and dryer. Past guests have loved the convenience of being able to do their laundry during their stay, making it super easy to pack all of your clean items!

Past the bathroom on the first level is the master bedroom, which has a king sized bed, two end tables, a dresser and an armoire, and a tv for catching up on your favorite shows. This bedroom has it's own private door that leads to the backyard of the home, a perfect spot to hang out outside while you drink your morning coffee!

Making your way to the second level of the home, guests will find the remaining two bedrooms. The first of the two features a queen sized bed, and end table, a wardrobe, an oversized private closet and a flat screen tv. This room also has a balcony door that leads to the second story balcony with lounge chairs and a seating area with chairs to soak up the sun rays!

The second bedroom features another queen sized bed, a dresser with a flat screen tv, a private closet, and a window for natural light.

Separating the two upstairs bedrooms is the other bathroom, which has a shower/tub combination, a vanity sink with plenty of cabinet storage, and a stylish mirror.

Travel light, as this home comes fully stocked. Towels, linens, bedding, cookware, and all kitchen basics are provided to ensure a seamless stay. An electronic keyless entry system makes check-in quick and easy.

This house is in a prime location in North Myrtle Beach. Guests are only a short drive to central Myrtle Beach, Little River, Wilmington, and Murrells Inlet.
