Furnished with one queen sized bed, two twin sized beds, and one sleeper sofa this getaway is perfect for a small family or group of friends looking to escape!

Upon entering, guests will find the spacious kitchen! This portion of the condo features brand new, stainless steel appliances that include a refrigerator, stove and oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, and sink. Smaller appliances, such as a toaster and coffee maker, are conveniently placed on the granite counter tops for guests to utilize during their stay. An abundance of cabinets makes unpacking your groceries a breeze, while the open layout of the kitchen allows you to remain close to those in the rest of the main space. Sit down and enjoy your homecooked meals at the stylish dining table which provides enough seating for up to four!

For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Palace Resort. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash.

Just off of the kitchen is the living area. Furnished with a cozy sofa that folds into a sleeper sofa and two accent chairs, a coffee table, dresser that doubles as an entertainment stand with an oversized flat screen tv above, this space is perfect for gathering and unwinding after a long day out at the beach. Enormous windows allow light to flood the room, while a door off to the side allows access to the balcony, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or a morning cup of coffee.

This condo is furnished with two bedrooms, the primary suite featuring a plush queen sized bed, a dresser with a flat screen tv, two end tables, a private closet, access to a private balcony, and it's own ensuite bathroom! The bathroom features a shower/tub combination, a new vanity sink with granite counter tops, a large mirror, and a toilet.

The second bedroom features two twin sized beds separated by an end table with a lamp for ambient lighting, a dresser with a flat screen tv, a private closet, and access to the balcony connected to the living room.

The second bathroom is located in the hall outside of the second bedroom, and features a standing shower, a vanity with a unique bowl shaped sink, a large mirror, and toilet.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Additionally, our guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand-new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.

It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 21 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 21 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 21 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.
