Welcome to Sedgefield North 103! This highly sought-after oceanfront condo features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, a unique bunk setup with a double bed on the bottom and two twins on top, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room, making it perfect for families or groups traveling together.

Step inside this cozy coastal retreat to find a perfectly equipped kitchen with full-sized, stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, sink, and dishwasher. Beautiful granite countertops add a touch of elegance and provide plenty of space for meal prep and entertaining. The cabinets are thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials such as cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware so you can easily prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full-course dinner. If cooking isn't on your vacation agenda, you'll find fantastic dining options just a short walk or drive away, or you can enjoy delivery from local favorites through services like Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Postmates.

Just past the kitchen is the spacious living area, arguably the most relaxing spot in the condo. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light and showcase stunning ocean views. A large, plush sofa offers plenty of seating for the whole group and conveniently folds out into an additional bed. Across from the sofa, a large flat screen TV is mounted on the wall, making this the perfect place to catch up on your favorite shows or enjoy a family movie night.

Adjacent to the balcony doors, you'll find a high-top dining table with seating for six, a great spot to share meals or play games together. Step out onto your private balcony with a cup of morning coffee and take in the ocean breeze, or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine while the sun sets over the Atlantic.

Bedroom 1, the primary bedroom, features a king-sized bed, two end tables with mounted lamps for ambient lighting, and a dresser with a flat screen TV above. A desk, chair, and monitor are also provided, ideal for guests who may need to catch up on work during their stay. This bedroom has it's own attached bathroom, with a the double vanity sink and closet being separate from the standing shower and toilet. It's important to note that the sliding glass doors that allow access to the balcony in this room do not allow entry to or from the balcony. We ask that guests refrain from attempting to open these doors. A project to replace them with windows instead is in the works!

Bedroom 2 features a fun and functional bunk bed layout with a double bed on the bottom and two twin beds on top. The stairs leading to the upper beds include built-in storage, and guests in this room will enjoy access to their own private closet.

Bedroom 3 offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, storage for guest belongings, and a TV for relaxing in bed. Guests will also enjoy a private ensuite bathroom which includes a shower and tub combination, vanity sink, and toilet.

The common bathroom features a shower and tub combination, vanity sink with storage below, large mirror with overhead lighting, and toilet. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we've included essential toiletries and starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and hand soap.

Guests at Sedgefield North can also enjoy the outdoor pool area, complete with lounge chairs and seating, perfect for soaking up the Carolina sunshine. The location truly can't be beat, just minutes from popular spots like Cherry Grove Pier, Barefoot Landing, Duplin Winery, and a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 23 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 23 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 23 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.

This property is located on the first floor of the resort. Guests have the option to take the elevator, or a quick trip up the stairs!
