Guests will enter into the inviting living area, designed for comfort and relaxation. The space includes a loveseat and ottoman, along with an end table and lamp that provide the perfect warm touch of ambient lighting. Across the room, an electric fireplace adds a cozy feel, complemented by a flat-screen Roku TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Large windows fill the room with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day.

Next to the living area is the dining room, featuring a table with seating for four, ideal for shared meals or board games after a day of exploring. Just beyond the dining space, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from quick snacks to home-cooked meals. Guests will find full-sized appliances, including a stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink, along with ample countertop and cabinet space. All the essentials are provided, including dishes, silverware, cookware, and utensils, making cooking simple and enjoyable. Conveniently located off the kitchen, a washer and dryer are available for guest use, perfect for freshening up clothes during your stay or before heading home.

The first bedroom is located just off the living room and is furnished with a comfortable full-sized bed. A window allows soft natural light to brighten the space, and a ceiling fan ensures your comfort throughout the night. This room can comfortably accommodate up to two guests.

The second bedroom also features a full-sized bed, providing a cozy and peaceful space to rest and recharge.

The bathroom is equipped with a standing shower, a vanity sink with storage underneath, a toilet, and a medicine cabinet that doubles as a mirror. Guests will also find a convenient linen closet to store personal toiletries and other essentials during their stay.

Our mountain properties are nestled in the woods, which means you're truly immersed in nature, it's part of the charm! That said, while we take every measure to keep our properties clean and comfortable, you may occasionally see a bug or critter during your stay along with other wild life including bears and deer. This is completely normal for a forested environment and part of the rustic experience. We recommend keeping doors closed and food sealed to help minimize visits from curious insects. If you're especially sensitive to nature's little visitors, feel free to pack some bug spray for added peace of mind!

Have a fur baby? Yes, they are welcome too! Our guests are able to bring up to 2 dogs with a 25lb weight limit with a paid pet fee. To keep this rental maintained as good as possible, we do ask that pets not be allowed on the sofa or living room furniture. In addition, when guests leave, we do ask that the pets be crated until their owners return. This is important not only for the care of the property, but also for vendors, pest control, maintenance, and housekeeping personnel who may need to enter the property. Vendors may not be able to provide necessary services if pets are not crated, and we appreciate your understanding!
