The carpeted living/dining area features a comfortable set of sofas in front of a smart TV with cable and streaming services and a dining table. This area opens up to a small private patio with a seating area and views of the neighboring townhouses. This floor is also home to a laundry room with a washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW

Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.

Guests must pay a $25 tax resort fee every day they are on the property at the front desk. Guests may have up to eight bands to access the resort and towels are available to rent.

Beginning September 1, 2023, each reservation will require a $100 incidental hold placed on the payment method at the time of check-in. At the time of check-out, the hold will be returned once the provided wristbands and pool towel cards are returned to the front desk.

Parties are prohibited. If one is suspected to be occurring, security will be notified and guests will be fined $250.
