Take your motorboat a short 10-minute drive to the public boat ramp at Schumann's Beach. Head into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy a day at the famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark. Or, play a round of golf at the nearby Bandit Golf Club.

After a day of fun or just peacefully lounging in the hammock, tune into a movie marathon on the living area's large TV, or practice your culinary skills in the full kitchen. Whimsical and quaint, you'll never fail to feel at home while inside this sweet abode. Clean your swimsuit from a dip in the lake in the private washer/dryer. And rest your head come nightfall with the central air-conditioning keeping you cool and comfortable.

There is a chaise lounge in the living room that can be converted into a twin sleeper.

The Guadalupe Blanco River Authority construction has begun and the creek in front of the house has been drained. No discounts will be given for water levels due to this construction. Please visit the GRBA website for up-to-date information.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
