This gorgeous New Braunfels home, nestled peacefully on the banks of the Guadalupe River, boasts lavish amenities and great waterfront views to inspire the ultimate vacation experience! Back home, take an invigorating dip in the private pool to cool off and kick back with friends in the well-furnished backyard. Lounge on a comfy chair with a good book, soak up some sun and listen to the flowing river just out of reach. Inside, feel at home in the bright, cozy living area while streaming your favorite movies on the leather sofa or snuggled up by the fireplace playing board games. A stylish, full kitchen invites you to whip up snacks or home-cooked meals quickly. Even better, have a barbecue and gather on the spacious deck to share some local brews and laughs. The pool is available from the beginning of April to the end of September.

Due to severe drought conditions as of November 1, 2024, all public boat ramps to Canyon Lake are closed. No refunds or discounts will be given for water levels. For the most current information on the lake water levels and boat access please visit the Canyon Lake Website.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
