Sandy Beach started to explode in the late 1990’s with the construction of La Princesa as the 1st development. Recently the Sonoran Resort Group announced the construction of their 5 the development to be named Sonoran Star which will be located between Playa Bonita Hotel and Las Gaviotas condos. The golf course at Las Palomas is a challenging course and is set within the Sonoran desert sand dunes.
