Getting to Encantame Towers

There are two routes to reach Encantame Towers:

1. Through town: Continue on MEX 8 linking Sonoyta-Puerto Peñasco. As you approach town, MEX 8 becomes Blvd. Benito Juarez. Continue on Blvd. Juarez until you reach the intersection with Blvd. Carrillo (formerly Fremont). You will notice various supermarket options along the way, including Sam’s, in case you would like to stop for provisions prior to driving to Encantame.

Turn left on Blvd. Carrillo (Fremont) at the stoplight; you will see a large Encantame Resorts sign pointing you eastward. Continue on this boulevard, which will become the highway toward Caborca. Encantame signs line the median along Blvd. Carrillo. Once east of town, the elegant entrance to Encantame Resorts will be just beyond KM 11 on your right.

2. When driving directly to Encantame Towers from MEX Highway 8 (Sonoyta-Puerto Peñasco): Exit Highway 8 just before the overpass, turn left under the bridge onto MEX Highway 3 toward Caborca. Continue approximately 7 miles on MEX Highway 3. Veer right just beyond the railroad tracks, which will put you on the Caborca highway heading west toward Rocky Point. Continue 1 mile to the Encantame Resorts main entrance on your left.

If approaching Rocky Point from the Coastal Highway, remain on MEX highway 3 at the bridge overpass as you approach the city. Continue on MEX Highway 3 and follow the instructions above.

After the main entrance gate to Encantame Resorts, continue for 5 miles along the paved road leading to Encantame Towers to check-in. There is ample parking above, as well as underground parking with an elevator to the main level. EV spaces are available for your convenience.

Playa Encanto

Playa Encanto is one of the more private, secluded beaches in the area. Located 15 minutes east of Rocky Point, this immense stretch of coastline provides soft sands and amazing tide changes. While beaches in town, such as Sandy Beach or the Mirador, are frequently crawling with people - you can count on finding a nice, large area to relax at Playa Encanto. It is more than worth it to take an early morning or sunset walk along this immaculate shore.

Short stairwells from Encantame Towers open out to Playa Encanto. There are also ramps on either side of the complex to ensure beach accessibility overall. Beach showers are located near the stairs, making it easy to brush off the soft sand before heading back to the pool. Palapas line the pristine beachfront of Encantame Towers. Inquire at the Concierge desk in the main lobby to reserve a beach cabana.

Encantame Towers vs. Encantame Resort

Encantame Towers is the first installment of the elegantly master-planned Encantame Resorts. Construction is already underway on the three-building complex of Encantame Soleil just to the east of Encantame Towers. Luxury homes are also being built in the resort section of Encantame Estates. Once completed, Encantame Resorts will span the entirety of the lot from the main gate and paved road to the beach.

The Encantame Towers experience

A stay at Encantame Towers means treating yourself and your party to a luxury experience like no other in Rocky Point. From the moment you drive up the paved road to the resort to the moment you check out, you will be in awe of the attention to detail and upscale amenities at your fingertips.

One look at any of the 1, 2, and 3-bedroom condo options professionally managed by Casago at Encantame Towers reflects attention to renter comforts with a nod to owners’ individual personalities. Uninterrupted views of the Sea of Cortez, framed by floor-to-ceiling retractable glass patio doors, lend nature’s artistic flair to every single condo at Encantame Towers. Corner units also provide wrap-around panoramic views.

Extensive amenities include heated infinity edge pools, central heated/chilled pool, adult and family jacuzzis, lazy rivers, water-slides, sunken fireplace within infinity pools on each side of the complex, on-site restaurants and Aqua bar, as well as exquisite adults-only (21+) sky top pools.

In addition, the Blue Palm Café, serving Starbucks coffee and breakfast, means you don't have to leave the resort first thing in the morning to get your caffeine fix. The central pool provides a swim-up Aqua Bar (open daily), serving a wide selection of drink options and food directly from the incredible on-site restaurant just a few steps away at Santo Coyote Ocean Cantina (closed Tuesdays). The more casual yet equally refined Wingman Ocean Bar located in front of the Viento tower provides a family-friendly beach vibe for all (closed Wednesdays). Renters and owners can also enjoy the sushi bar, Level 24, Thursday to Sunday 12 pm – 8 pm at the sky pool lounge area now atop the Viento tower.

Steps to Check In

After parking in either the above ground or underground lot at Encantame Towers, proceed to Casago’s check-in desk located on the main floor of the east clubhouse. It's important to keep in mind the cardholder on the reservation must be present during check-in.

The front desk is open from 8AM-11PM, while check-in is at 4PM and check-out is by 11AM on your departure date. Late check-ins are available, though please be sure to notify ahead to confirm. Late fee may apply. This is particularly useful for travelers coming from points west with border entries that remain open later than that at the nearest entry in Lukeville, AZ. The border crossing in Lukeville is open 6AM– 8PM (Be sure to check with Casago staff regarding extended hours, as applicable).

Once you have successfully checked in, you and all other guests will receive a wristband. This wristband is to be worn during your entire stay at Encantame Towers. This identifies you as a renter at Encantame when using the on-site amenities. You may notice different colors of wristbands, which simply help identify renters through Casago, guests of owners, and those enrolled in the 10% program. Only owners are able to stay at Encantame Towers without wristbands.

The 10% program is a Front Desk Service Program by which the owner of the property handles their own rentals.

Digital Keypads

Condominiums at Encantame Towers are enabled with digital keypads for entry. Upon checking in, you will receive the appropriate 6-digit key code to use during your stay. Casago staff can assist with ensuring the code works appropriately, as needed. This feature allows for further enjoyment of all Encantame Towers amenities, without the concern of keeping track of a key or keycard.

Steps to Check Out

The check out process is pretty seamless. Check out time is by 11AM. In the unit, you will want to make sure that all the lights and the A/C are turned off. Please throw out trash as you leave. The trash chutes are conveniently found next to the elevators on each floor. Even though there are no physical keys to return to the front desk, you must still check out in the lobby and sign for your departure. If you are planning to check out sooner than 8AM, please advise to set that up the night prior.

Pool Rules from the HOA

Helpful Tips for staying at Encantame Towers

1. Pack food or hit the local supermercados? Yes, and yes. Bring the basics (or any special food needs, as applicable). Local supermarkets, such as Super Ley, Aurrera Bodega, or the Sinaloa Fruteria have fresh fruit, vegetables, and tortillas, plus other fridge items. There is also an onsite convenience store for additional food staples.

2. Drinking water? At Encantame, the reverse osmosis filter ensures there’s drinking water readily available. Bringing along a few bottles of water to keep cool in the spacious fridge isn’t a bad idea either.

3. Coffee needs? Renters may consider bringing their own coffee filters and coffee. While some homes will provide filters, that is not guaranteed. Luckily, these are also readily available in the onsite Blue Harbor convenience store. Alternatively, the Blue Palm Café in the east clubhouse is an exceptional spot to satisfy your caffeine cravings.

4. Beach readiness. Please plan to bring your own beach towels, as well as innertubes or floaties for the lazy river. Limited innertubes are available onsite near the waterslides.

5. Ice? There are manual ice makers in the units and you can buy bags of ice at The Blue Palm café as well as the Blue Harbor onsite convenience store.
