Opened in November 2023, the cozy eatery is a welcome spot for visitors and residents to drop in for - well, as the name says - breakfast & lunch. In a nod to keeping things local, 638 refers to Puerto Peñasco’s area code. Of note, 638 B&L, as it is also affectionately known, is part of the same dining group as Colin’s Cantina located at Princesa de Peñasco.

In keeping it local, while the menu includes Mexican favorites, such as green chilaquiles, there are delicious dishes to satisfy anyone. As they say, from first coffee sip to last lunch bite, 638 B&L is where mornings feel brighter and afternoons taste better.

Located on the east side of the main building, outside and around the corner from the lobby and next to a mini-convenience store, 638 is open to resort guests and the general public alike. Large windows provide a bright atmosphere for sipping carefully crafted coffee concoctions as you contemplate the day. A booth framed by a blue-tiled wall and mirrors can accommodate a group of about 8, or you can choose from two smaller tables, bar stool seating next to the window, or outside on the patio.
