The Northern Breakfast plate comes with Machaca, tomation, onion, green chili, and prickly pear pads with red chili sauce. Machaca con Verduras is Machaca with vegetables. Lastly, the Three Generations plate comes with chilaquiles, chicharones, and refried beans. What is Machaca? It's a popular dried meat, usually spiced beef or pork. History Behind Rosy's

The owner, Rosy, opened the restaurant in February 2001 with a dream and a lot of hard work. Word-of-mouth publicity soon had people from all over the city talking about Rosy’s Restaurant. Rosy prepares all the meals with a great deal of love and care, using only fresh or seasonal ingredients. She was born here in Puerto Peñasco Sonora, but she loves to travel!
